Highfields Science Specialist School is a secondary school in Wolverhampton, England. It was formed in 1957 and accommodates nearly 1,500 pupils. The school has five years (years seven to eleven), then an additional two years for sixth form which is optional. There is an environmental centre at the back of the school, which as well as lessons, holds many meetings and gatherings for astronomy or the council.

The school recently celebrated its 50th birthday.

The school is to be re-built as part of a BSF project. Building will commence in 2010 and the build is hopefully to be completed in 2012. (As of July 2010 Highfields has remained unaffected by the government revamp of schools and building work has begun in the early stages) The building procedere has started.
