<God Speaks> is Meher Baba's most complete statement of the process of Creation and its purpose.

First published in 1955. Indian spritual master Meher Baba, who maintained silence for 44 years, spent a year dictating the first 9 chapters of the book word by word on an English language alphabet board. Eruch Jessawalla, a close mandali or disciple of Meher Baba and Meher Baba's main interpreter, tranlated from the alphabet board as another disciple transcribed the work -- which often changed languages in mid-sentence. There was no capitalization or punctuation on the alphabet board so extensive and meticulous editing was required under Baba's careful supervision. The book includes a Supplement that delves into other mystical subjects. For an excellent explanation of the content see the external link to Amazon.com's Editorial review below.
