Winners of the Nebula Award for Best Script. The stated year is that of release; awards are given in the following year. Winning titles are listed first, with other nominees listed below. In 1974, 1975, and 1977 the award was for "Best Dramatic Presentation". In 1976 the award was for "Best Dramatic Writing".

Starting with the 2009 award, this nebula was eliminated and in its place will be awarded "The Ray Bradbury Award for Outstanding Dramatic Presentation." While no longer a Nebula, the award will be presented at the Nebula Awards Ceremony and will follow Nebula rules and procedures.[1] For winners starting with the 2009 year, please see the Bradbury Award.
