Septic approval?

The main page of this article would be improved if there were a discussion of the need for septic approval, and what steps were taken to realize it.

Also, it would be good to see the plans for laying drain pipes, and how many months (or years) were needed to realize the plan. Were there sump pumps needed for circulating waste waters before filtering (and eventually discharging) them? Progress usually outpaces plans. How long did it take for new plans to be put in place as old plans became outmoded?

For very large reclamation projects, were there also electrical power conduits laid underground? How did they accomplish this? Dexter Nextnumber (talk) 07:20, 2 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
