Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Services (KEPHIS) is a regulatory service to protect Kenya's agriculture from pests and diseases that could impact upon the environment, economy and human health. It was formed under Plant Protection Act, (Cap 324) and its mission is to assure quality Of agricultural inputs and produce to promote food security and sustainable development
