Regine Tugade (born 28 January 1998) is a female sprinter from Guam. She competed in the Women's 100 metres event at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics in Beijing, China[1], as well as the Girl's 200m event at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Cali, Colombia[2]. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the Women's 100 metres preliminary round in the first heat and finished in third place but did not progress further.[3] She also competed in her second World Championships in 2017, competing in the 100m.[4]
