We're told that the first bilingual (French/Dutch) stamps appeared in 1889, but according to the Dutch version of the article the date was 1891 - the French and Russian versions don't mention it. No idea which date is correct, but given Dutch-speaking Belgians' preoccupation with questions of linguistic equality I would expect it to be 1891.84.243.236.9 (talk) 14:36, 28 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
