The Virvytė River or Virvyčia River (Samogitian: Virvītė) is a river in the northwest Lithuania, Region of Samogitia (Šilalė, Telšiai and Mažeikiai districts). It is left tributary of Venta River. Virvytė begins in Žemaičių Highlands, 3 km to North from Laukuva town. It flows to North passing Paršežeris, Lūkstas lakes, Varniai city, Biržulis Lake, Tryškiai town. Virvytė joins with Venta near Gyvoliai village. Virvytė's main tributaries are Juodupis, Būgenis, Trimesėdis, Upyna, Tryškys.
