Gulmammad and reliable sources

[edit]

Gulmammad, for the love of everything that is good, please read WP:RS. A blog is not a reliable source and that is why it was removed. The fact that you would add it back is just tendentious editing. Pocopocopocopoco (talk) 02:55, 16 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In tendentious editing it says: "Tendentious editing is editing which is partisan, biased, skewed—in other words, it does not conform to the neutral point of view" which is not the case here. The fact which is supported by what you call a blog, to me doesn't hurt anyone, or does it? If it does, how? Gülməmməd Talk 03:10, 16 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There are no reliable sources in this article is the subject notable?

[edit]

Please see the discussion at the reliable sources noticeboard regarding this article and Sheylanli. Also, please explain why this article is notable. I'm sure that if the Sheylan tribe really exists and is notable it would have more written about it than some obscure blog. Pocopocopocopoco (talk) 22:36, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Just to add that the blog doesn't even mention Sheylan, not that it matters much as it's not a reliable source. Pocopocopocopoco (talk) 22:50, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Pocopocopocopoco, you could have done what I did to help improve the article. I fixed the problem and hope it will help. Gülməmməd Talk 00:48, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
And thanks for bringing this problem up. Gülməmməd Talk 00:55, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Changing the name doesn't make it more notable. "Sheylanli tribe" gets no hits on the internet. Pocopocopocopoco (talk) 03:24, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I replaced one ref. with another one which basically says the same thing. Gülməmməd Talk 04:17, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
A forum is no better than a blog. Pocopocopocopoco (talk) 04:48, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Revert

[edit]

Pocopocopocopoco, please consider this Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sheylanli tribe . I might ask another admin to look over the discussion again as you are still not satisfied. Gülməmməd Talk 04:53, 4 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do you know what no consensus means? Also, please respond to my new question on the reliable sources noticeboard about Kober's sources. Pocopocopocopoco (talk) 22:26, 4 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I do! Means around there is a game going on, so I am preparing to complain about the result of your AfD. Some experts should look over the AfD discussion to see if the result indeed was consensus or "someone" had "someone" to close the discussion in that way... I suspect there is an admin "directing" all this stuff! Gülməmməd Talk 04:29, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Too many tags

[edit]

I think Poco's templates has become redundant. The sources which are still perceived by him to be suspicious are already tagged using inline templates. Another tag, requesting help with expansion, is also redundant as we already have two stub-sorting templates attached to the page. As for the WP:RSN discussion, it is normally linked from the talk page. Please opine. --KoberTalk 20:45, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

But more people visit the article than the talk page. The inline taging was to specific which sources I was disputing and many of these tags have been removed without resolution such as getting better sources. I will add them back in. Pocopocopocopoco (talk) 01:57, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Relocation to Aghjabadi Rayon?

[edit]

The source provided doesn't even mention any spelling of Sheylanli or any relocation to the Aghjabadi rayon. Pocopocopocopoco (talk) 02:03, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pocopocopocopoco, I wonder when are you going to stop edit warring? Please stop your disruptive actions against both articles Sheylanli and Sheylanli tribe and don't confuse people with incorrect information. In this source Sheilanli is mentioned. I don't want to copy paste the article here, please read it again. After Lachin occupied by Armenian troops, the population were forced to live in Aghjabadi which is called Aghjabadi(Lachin) and Sheylanlis are obviously there as it is mentioned. Gülməmməd Talk 02:54, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Just cool it Gulmammad, check my edits, I just added a source which supports what you edited earlier. I guess no good deed goes unpunished. Do you want me to remove that source? Pocopocopocopoco (talk) 03:04, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
