Oh, that editor. It is a lot more than just the nonsense |year= parameter. In the past, I have raised the issue of malformed Trove templates on their talk page. I have gotten nothing back but lip service so I no longer attempt to educate them. Perhaps you will have better luck.

I understand the purpose of the bot is to improve/fix citations in our articles. But why is it running on ANI and making fixes there?
