A tag has been placed on Category:Surinamese illustrators indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 00:15, 12 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki Project Proposal for Forensic Science[edit]

Hi @Sahaib I hope this finds you well. I am getting in touch as you were on the list of proposers for the Wiki Project Forensic Science. I was wondering if you might be interested in reviving the proposal? I am planning on applying for funding from the Royal Society of Chemistry for an outreach project to plug some of the knowledge gaps around this topic and/or make improvements to articles. We are particularly interested in translating the pages into minority languages such as Scots and Gaelic. This would be building on two previous applications to the same fund for physical resources for schools. It would be brilliant if I could leverage the project to find more editors to support the proposal and provide a sustainable legacy for the project beyond the funding.

What do you think? I'd also understand if your interests have moved on :-)

All the best

Hi there. I notice that you moved George Kunkel (actor) to George Kunkel (actor, born 1866) without changing the many incoming links that were correct. The article is now an orphan whereas before it was interlinked across the encyclopedia correctly to many articles. When you move a page it is your responsibility to fix all of the incoming links so they go to the correct article. Also, I don't think the move was really necessary because the father and son were already disambiguated and the lead made a clear acknowledgement for the potential of confusion. Please be more careful in future when you take on a page move. Thanks.4meter4 (talk) 16:04, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have now fixed all the incoming links for you.4meter4 (talk)
