About You

  • You are interested in customer and market behavior and methods to measure and anticipate it
  • You are passionate about unveiling answers to the most difficult questions using data and analytics
  • You are keen to expand your knowledge in advanced analytics
  • You have experience in pricing and/or marketing
  • You are never satisfied until a problem is solved and with total customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Lead cutting-edge analytics projects collaborating with data scientists, data engineers, and business managers to drive significant change in the way we make decisions.
  • Manage the execution & on-time delivery of the project, drive deployment and adoption.
  • Serve as single point of contact to business stakeholders, lead external communication and business engagement.
  • Understand business requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis.
  • Develop and present proposals that enable HP to take advantage of the analytical insight identified.
  • Partner with development team to deliver the solutions, refinement and enhancement.
  • Drive benefit realization through project execution, change management, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Typically, 5-7 years’ experience leading large, complex projects from start to finish with measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • An independent worker with strong communication and leadership skills, confident in networking, team building, conflict resolution, and customer management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies.
