About Our Client

Important Industrial multinational.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
  • Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating supplier tasks.
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, and timelines.
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs searching for new suppliers (Local and international).
  • Collaborating with the group purchasing network.
  • Stock optimizations according to factory needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Interdepartmental communication skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a purchasing manager.
  • Experience using ERPs procurement software's and databases.
  • Fluent English and Spanish mandatory.
