SD114 Team Lead Compras

We are looking for the best PURCHASING TEAM LEAD willing to work in a Pharma company in GRANOLLERS (Barcelona).

Mission: Ensure the correct development and execution of specific Purchasing tasks to achieve the objectives of the department and the company by leading a team of purchasers.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage and supervise all purchases of materials, finished products and services assigned to the team in order to achieve the best price while meeting quality and service standards.

 - Coordinates and supervises all processes and people in the team (Purchasing of materials/products, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, supply contracts, volume rebates).

 - Registration and maintenance of suppliers (fiscal, technical, accounting data...)

 - Generation and launching of OFS and Orders.

 - Valuation of machined parts.

 - Price negotiation and inventory management.

 - Daily monitoring of supplies in compliance with the delivery deadlines set.

 - Monitoring of incidents caused by suppliers (non-conformities in product quality, administrative errors, etc...).

 - Documentary management and introduction in the system of confirmations (OC) of deadlines and prices.

- Knowing and complying with established quality procedures and instructions.

- Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities carried out.

 - To apply the instructions for waste management and the reduction of energy and material consumption.

- Comply with and enforce compliance with instructions on occupational risk prevention.

Requirements:

- Higher Education: Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, ideally complemented with a Master's Degree in Supply Chain/Operations.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Purchasing in an industrial company.

- Experience managing direct and/or transversal teams.

 - Experience in selection, negotiation, and follow-up with strategic suppliers for the company, as well as the elaboration of contingency plans.

- Experience in the design, implementation and coordination of purchasing policies.

- English and Spanish C1.
