From being the first woman engineer in production in Italy to becoming Verallia's Group Deputy Technical Director for Batch and Furnace operations in October 2022, she has continually overcome barriers. "I am convinced that gender barriers can be overcome when the professional environment encourages good relationships," says Raffaella.
