Job Description:

• As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a crucial role in the entire deal process, including sourcing, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence for potential investments.
• Assisting in the management and monitoring of portfolio companies.
• Developing financial models and preparing investment memoranda.
• Participating in deal structuring and negotiation.
• Collaborating with senior team members on strategic initiatives.
• Engaging in market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
