Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions, providing strategic and financial advice to clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuations of companies within the financial sector.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for clients.
• Support senior team members in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent service and support.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes impacting the financial services industry.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&A, preferably within the FIG sector.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
