Sistech is a non religious and apartisan European non-profit empowering refugee women through digital & tech employment careers.
Created back in 2017 by Joséphine Goube and previously known as #TF4Women by Techfugees, Sistech operates in Greece, Italy and France thanks to a team of 15 as well as 850+ volunteers who have been involved with us since the start and standing for diversity and inclusion by offering their time and skills.
Today, Sistech welcomes 300+ women a year on its programmes, matching their skills and ambitions with sustainable jobs in host communities.
Tomorrow, Sistech aims to support 1% of working age refugee women by 2033 land a qualified & sustainable job, and continue to be one the leading organizations specialized in the professional inclusion of refugee women in tech across Europe.
Sistech offers programmes designed on real needs and thought-through as a holistic approach to inclusion in a new society. So far, 550+ women of all nationalities have been enrolled since we started.
We are proud of our outcome rates: 71% of participants, the Fellows, going through one of our training & employability programmes move on with a contract signed (41%) or join a more intensive tech training programme (30%).
We are financially backed mainly by large and smaller tech companies and their foundations (70%): CISCO, L’Oreal Fund for women, HelloWomen by Orange, Western Union Foundation, Workday, Terna, Pantene, Concentrix-Webhelp, BNP Paribas, Artefact, M33 and others..

About the role
ThePartnerships Officer- Francerole is to support the building & execution of local partnerships terms. This means bringing financial, pro bono and in-kind resources to support the good delivery of our local programmes and tocontribute to achieve Sistech’ overall objective to be serving & empowering 800 women across Europe by 2025, and sustain a 70% employment rate.
You will be reporting to the European Partnerships Manager and, together with her, you will work to open new partnerships in France and become the PoC at Sistech for all existing local and country partners.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Execution
Build and execute local and national corporate partnerships to bring in financial, community, pro bono, and in-kind resources.
Identify, reach out to, and negotiate partnerships with companies, focusing on the tech industry but not exclusively, to support program implementation and impact across countries.
Contribute to global KPIs by
securing around 15% of annual revenues, representing 300K€ per year,
obtaining pro bono donations of laptops and Wi-Fi boxes, and
developing employment partnerships to create job opportunities for our Fellows.
Support the growth of Sistech’ impact through partnerships & collaboration with Programme Managers
Execute & enforce Sistech’s partnership framework and gather feedback from all stakeholders to constantly improve it;
Support PMs in:
sourcing volunteers from existing and new company partners;
designing & delivery of programmes with elements from partners (content, volunteers, computer donations, etc);
organizing events (company visits, networking events) in close collaboration with the Communications Officer and the local team
Make our partnerships shine by providing the Communications Officer with terms of partnerships and ideas for co-created comms campaigns;
Contribute to team building & cross-country collaborations
Collaborate closely with the other Country Partnership Officers and the European Partnership Manager to identify critical priorities & share new leads
Participate in team workshops & brainstorms to always share & improve our work
Plan well, deliver on KPIs and empower other teams to follow your example

Consolidate our data management & quality standards
Deliver a cohesive & consistent partners experience in our programmes, in close collaboration with relevant team members

Desired Previous Experience
The successful candidate will have 3 years experience working in a social enterprise, preferably tech-enabled environment, with private and/or public sector experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience (or equivalent in terms of accelerated learning curve) of project management &/or partnerships;
Experience with partnerships (reaching out to prospects, formalizing collaboration, implementation, reporting);
Experience fundraising/writing grant applications and negotiating amounts starting from 10K to 50K
Experience working with tech companies and knowledge of the tech ecosystem of companies and jobs is a plus
Languages
Fluent in English and French. Other languages are a bonus and much appreciated.
Location
Sistech works as a distributed team with offices in Paris, Milan and Athens. Team members and colleagues work remotely 2 times a week and come to the office for the rest of the time.
This specific role is based in Paris (and cannot be done remotely from another country).
Once a year we meet in France, Italy or Greece for a team retreat.

Work Contract
This position is only open to candidates with EU citizenship or equivalent legal permission to work under the following conditions:
Permanent employment contract. Gross Salary 35,000 Euros + benefits (meal vouchers, commuting, healthcare, remote working indemnity, laptop) and it's location based, taking into account factors such as local cost of living, local taxes, and how competitive the local job market is. We want to make sure that our employees receive the same treatment, based on principles of fairness and equity. On top, free coffee and tea at the office, a private rooftop with a view on the Eiffel tower and 2 weeks of paid holidays on top of the 5 usual weeks due to our generous collective convention.
