Objectives

  • Define and roll-out the industrial planning processes (SIOP, MPS).
  • Manage the escalation process and routines linked to SIOP at site and region level.
  • Contribute to the good balance between resilience and accuracy of the end to end view Supply Chain.
  • Provide a support to the sites where production planning is an issue (ramp-up, new product mix, Production Performance and Manufacturing Throughput low performance).
  • Provide a feed back on processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Reinforce the community of planners to increase the level of maturity of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Update and improve the SIOP process regularly.
  • Support and the Global Planning Directors on site on all kind of planning topics as well as planning governance issues.
  • Monitor the site actions to ensure and provide regular support.
  • Contribution can involve planning technique, planning routines/governance, tools, decision making process.

Educational Requirements

  • Graduated from university or engineering school (Master’s degree)

Desired Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience in project planning and manufacturing planning.
  • Past experience on site.
