About The Job

Reporting to the Director, President’s Office, North Asia, the Head of Strategic Planning and Governance plays a leading role to drive strategic planning and transformation agenda as well as the key function to animate and oversee leadership team governance for North Asia.

  • Act as the trustworthy partner and advisor to work end-to-end with the President and the leadership team (Region and Markets) and global counterparts on strategic planning and operational orchestration – bringing to life all strategic and transformation agenda in a seamless and timely manner.
  • Lead and manage overall strategic planning cycle – building coherence across divisions and functions, and enhancing compatibility between region and markets.
  • Evolve governance model and activities for the leadership team
  • Drive transparency and accountability through setting the right agenda with the right participants and decision makers, and follow-through of actions.
  • Foster the culture of collaboration and innovation across the division
  • Lead and evolve team dedicated to strategic planning, project portfolio management and program management office, and governance operation.

What You Will Bring


  • Proven track record in leading strategic planning & governance and project management; and the ability to lead the teams in delivering the mission in a seamless, timely and agile manner.
  • With concrete experience gained from sizeable multinational companies; experience from renowned consulting firms is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to assess complex issues and challenges and make recommendations.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members and promote high levels of performance.
  • Excellent influencing, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to demonstrate strong business acumen and sensitivity to changes in the external environments.
  • Possess an innovative mindset, able to demonstrate out of the box thinking with the courage to create new paths of action.
