#Delhi BJP councilor Ravinder Singh Negi staged a symbolic protest against the waterlogged situation in the national capital under the AAP government by rowing an inflatable boat through the flooded NH9 area. He accused the AAP government of negligence in addressing the waterlogging issue. "All PWD drains are overflowing. They didn't clean them before the monsoon, which has led to waterlogging.
