Yuzvendra Chahal's stint with Royal Challengers Bangalore since the 2014 edition turned his fortunes for the better as he, in a span of four years, found himself becoming one of the leading bowlers for the Indian team. Born in Haryana, Chahal's performance in the domestic T20 cricket brought him to IPL shores in 2011 when he was bought by Mumbai Indians. But his real journey started under Virat Kohli-led RCB from IPL 2014 when he rose to become his primary bowler of the season. The leggie has played 56 IPL matches in which he has taken 70 wickets at an average of 22.41 with an economy rate of 7.9. He has also played 23 ODIs in which he has taken 43 wickets at an average of 21.84.
