We just cannot get enough of Nita Ambani’s emerald Mickey Mouse necklace

While the attire itself was a testament to tradition, the Reliance Foundation chairperson added a touch of whimsy with her jewellery selection. The showstopper was an exquisite diamond necklace featuring a huge emerald-studded centrepiece – which looked to be crafted in the shape of the cartoon character Mickey Mouse. Though this playful detail captured the fancy of netizens, it was actually the placement of the emeralds, which gave the outline of the famous cartoon character.

Completing the ensemble were matching diamond earrings, two diamond kadas, and subtle makeup that accentuated her naturally wavy hair.

Nita is known for her fashion prowess and often wears outfits that capture the hearts and minds of many. Recently, she wore a red silk Benarasi sari with the gayatri mantra printed on its pallu. The sari was worn by her at the mass wedding organised by the Ambani family and gained much attention from the netizens.

Her soon-to-be daughter in law seemed to have taken a page from her book as Radhika too wore a rani pink Bandhani lehenga designed by Manish Malhotra. And guess what? It featured the Hindu goddess Durga Ma’s shlok embroidered all along its borders.
