It is always a pleasure to see our customers satisfied and engaged in producing high-quality furniture thanks to Makor technology. The recent visit to Industrial Glover SPA company, part of the Rosen group, was an excellent opportunity to verify the efficiency of the Makor line installed in 2017. At Glover, we installed our coating line with #Rotospray, the water-based linear drying tunnel, the UV roller finishing line, and last but not least, the spraying finishing line with #Performer spraying machine as well as #Multidry drying oven and Ultradry UV drying oven for UV water-based paints. ➡ We have recently completed the testing on our door painting line, designed for a prestigious Dutch door manufacturer.    ✅ The line will be installed directly in the customer's production plant and is based on ROBOSTART automation and painting platform, one of the flagships of Makor technology.   The ROBOSTART system includes: 1. Door automatic loading on Robostart Sanding: piece reading, sanding with robot and brushless brushes, automatic processing of both faces. 2. Automatic transfer to the Robostart Painting line: 3D piece reading and painting of both faces. 3. #LP/8: Perfection in every shape    We've recently completed the internal testing of our sanding machine model LP/8, a solution specifically designed to meet IKEA industry requirements of sanding raw or base coated 3D profiles.   This machine is equipped with belt sanding units with roller pad and electronic copy and one sanding wheel group with electronic copy to provide a highly precise and efficient solution for 3D profiles in-line productions never seen before.   Our engineered solutions are targeted to fit our customers' needs. This successful installation witnesses our everyday commitment to improving quality and efficiency of production processes.
