Bixby（日本語読み：ビックスビー）は人工知能を持ったAIアシスタント（正式名称はバーチャルアシスタント）システムである。開発元はサムスン電子（ Samsung Electronics）。[1]

2017年3月20日に、Samsungは「Bixby」という名前の音声駆動のデジタルアシスタントを発表した。[2] Bixby と一緒に導入された Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+と同様に Samsung Galaxy Tab A（日本未発売）2017年3月29日に開催されたSamsung Galaxy Unpacked 2017イベント中。[3][4] Samsung Bixbyは発売の1週間前に正式に発表されたが、イベント中に初めて登場しただけだった。[5] Bixbyは、Android Nougatを実行している古いGalaxyデバイスにもサイドロードできる。[6]

Bixbyは、2012年に導入されたSamsungの音声アシスタントアプリであるS Voiceの主要な再起動を表します。 Galaxy S III.[7][8]

2017年5月、サムスンは、Bixbyがファミリーハブ2.0冷蔵庫のラインナップに登場し、仮想アシスタントを含む最初の非モバイル製品になると発表した。[9]

特徴

Bixbyには、「Bixby Voice」、「Bixby Vision」、「Bixby Home」として知られる3つの部分が付属している。[1]
