PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

To reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and
Health Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in
shaded or air conditioned environments. Anyone overcome by heat
should be moved to a cool and shaded location. Heat stroke is an

CROWLEY, La. (KADN) — A Crowley man is facing multiple counts of child porn.

Attorney General Liz Murrill said Shannon Primeaux, 42, was arrested by her Cyber Crime Unit on Wednesday, June 26.

Investigators said he was booked into the Acadia Parish Jail on 15 counts of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13. His bond was set at $50,000, according to reports.

Officials said agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which led to a joint investigation with AG Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit, Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations.

The investigation is ongoing.
