Ab anno 1908 Mironescu fuit sodalis factionis conservativae, anno 1911 legatus ad parlamentum, anno 1911 senator factus est. Fuit saepe administer - aerarii publici atque rerum exterarum necnon institutionis publicae. A die 8 Iunii ad usque 13 Iunii 1930 primus minister erat et iterum a die 10 Octobris 1930 adusque 19 Aprilis 1931. Postquam communistae rerum potiti sunt, Mironescu die 2 Decembris 1948 ad carcerem damnatus est.
