Revenge of the Nerds 1984
Problematic stuff aside, and yes there is a lot(we know which scenes I'm referring to), this is still one of the funniest movies of the 80s and that talent show scene is untouchable. I absolutely get why some people might hate this movie though.

The Little Mermaid 1989
This is honestly so great. Eric is one of the best written Disney princes and Ursula is one of the greatest Disney villains. I can't believe I thought this was a movie for girls growing up.
