Motivation
editA bibliography identifier to complement taxon identifier Paleobiology Database taxon ID (P10907) and replace Fossilworks reference ID (P7720), now non-functional for several months. It is unclear whether all ids are identical between the two sites, so am proposing a new property rather than a change to the name and formatter URL of Fossilworks reference ID (P7720); thank you, Maculosae tegmine lyncis (talk) 09:43, 31 May 2024 (UTC)

edit- Support In my experience the fossilworks IDs can nearly always be put into a Paleobiology DB url and get the appropriate page, but I agree it is better to have a new identifier. I would suggest the name "Paleobiology Database reference ID" and change Paleobiology Database taxon ID (P10907) to "Paleobiology Database taxon ID".Jts1882 (talk) 13:56, 31 May 2024 (UTC)
