**Keeping in mind I have no personal use for it myself, nor any history with it, I would say at this point that a dump would be fine given the site's been offline for several years and you don't have the free time to bring it back up and maintain it (I've poked around a bit at your user pages here and on Wikipedia, and it sounds like you've been short on personal time for years now, so I'm guessing this is a situation that also isn't likely to change for you any time soon). **: Read-only on 1.7.x should be very easy to do. Actually I guess could just disallow new account creations and that would do the trick -- I doubt the spambots would still keep track of their old passwords.
