You should have created a consumer request on 12 September. I see that you created it today but you should have also entered the consumer key into the relevant field in the template (I did it for you). Hello. I contribute on Azerbaijani Wikipedia. On our Wikipedia there are a lot of copyright violations. I want fight against them, but our sysop don't let me, because they say if there is a name of author of copyrighted material on References list, so they count them no copy right violation. What is the rule? I want show you one example cause my block on Azerbaijani Wikipedia. This article fully copied from here. You can see this link on references list also. So I added template for speedy deletion. One of sysops ask me reason for this edit on talk page of article, and I said because full article is contain copyrighted material. After 20 days Cekli829 (sysop and creator of article) undo my edit. I asked him reason on user talk page. He claimed article no fully copyrighted so it is can not be nominate for speedy deletion (but it is fully). After that I deleted copyrighted material from article. Cekli829 revert it and block me.   Comment The same admin blocked me. I asked him here why did he do certain edits. After that he expressed his personal opinion about the issue without referring to any sources or rules of AzWiki. I pointed at that, told that no one's asking for his personal opinion (as that would fall under WP:NOR), then asked him the question again with an emphasys on the fact that he has to refer to some sources or rules to justify his edit.
