    I'd recommend asking on w:WP:CHUU. There are still some crats (who are also renamers) that feel local policy still applies for global accounts with just an enwiki account, so the local policies might be more permissive there.     Did you mean w:WP:CHUU? The target account's (deleted?) edits were to eswiki, not enwiki. For what it's worth, I can confirm as a bureaucrat that the request would meet the local usurpation policy on enwiki, but I think it's eswiki that has jurisdiction if local consent is needed. I'm withdrawing this request. At this point, there are simply too many references to my current username in various places to justify changing it.
