@ForOurUnion: thats what you shouldn't do, register the newname, that is making it difficult for both renamer and you. Not done here: please follow the steps:

Log in as NyngYun64 and request a rename per Special:GlobalRenameRequest to a random username.
After that rename request was accepted, log in as ForOurUnion and request a rename per Special:GlobalRenameRequest to "NyngYun64"

@Tahatamer0 per section intro „accounts with valid edits are not usurped“, even if they are no longer active. If a user has more than ~10 edits, usurpation requests usually get declined.
