Hello, I'm an administrator on hiwki. We are planning to do some changes on main page of our wiki for Wikipedia 20 years celebration. Can we get one day admin rights for an editor? He needs to work on main page templates.--Hindust@ni^{क्या करें? बातें!} 10:11, 14 January 2021 (UTC)

See prior reply at Meta_talk:Requests_and_proposals#Request_for_Create_or_Edited_MediaWiki:_of_Wikipedia. And you need "sysop" to create/edit pages in the MediaWiki namespace, but you seem to really be asking about creating or editing sitejs/sitecss - which requires int-admin. — xaosflux ^Talk 18:40, 28 June 2021 (UTC)

Hello. I wanted to edit this page to place my request for adminship, but upon clicking the 'View Source' button, I was notified that this page is semi-protected and only user accounts older than 4 days are permitted to edit it. My account is much older than 4 days, but I am assuming that I need to contribute and make a certain number of edits on Meta-Wiki to be allowed to make edits on semi-protected pages here (the notice does not specify this). Hello, @Trezoo: I have added a 'confirmed' user right to your account which will expire in one month (more than enough time for the system to make you an autoconfirmed user automatically). Please try to submit your request again on SRP. If that doesn't work, please submit an edit request on this talk page and I or any other steward will port it to the main page. Hope that this helps. @कन्हाई प्रसाद चौरसिया Hello, your request is incomplete – it is not clear where you would like to have the temp intadminship, and there's also no community consensus submitted. Could you please start such a discussion at the wiki where you need temp. int admin? If it is successful, please create a request at SRP itself (I just unprotected it again).
