This page is for Wikimedia wikis having no active administrators. Requests can be made here for specific administrative actions (such as page deletion) to be performed by a steward or global sysop. In other cases:

If the wiki does have active administrators, file the request with one of them.
If the wiki has an active editor community, any potentially controversial action (deletion of actual content, edit to a protected page, renaming of a protected page, etc.) should receive consensus from the wiki community before being requested here, and a link should be provided to that consensus in the request.
For global lock/block requests, file a request at Steward requests/Global.
For non-controversial deletion requests such as empty page, simple spam or vandalism, and non-controversial or emergency requests to block vandals, spammers or other malicious users, you may use global sysop requests instead.
If a consensus is considered required to act, similar principles apply as expressed at Steward requests/Permissions/Minimum voting requirements, and can be used for guidance to how and what should be done at small and medium communities to gain a consensus.

To add a new request, create a new section header at the bottom of the "Manual requests" section using the format below:

It is helpful if you can provide a link to the wiki (or the specific page on the wiki) in question, either in the header or in the body of your request.

When reporting cross-wiki vandalism, the following template calls can be used to link to a user's contributions across all Wikimedia content wikis (these are for logged in users and non-logged-in users, respectively):

Template {{LockHide}} can also be used in appropriate cases.

To request approval of OAuth consumers please use {{oauthapprequest}} (see the documentation before using).

Old requests are archived by the date of their last comment.

Bot-reported speedy deletion requests

This section is for reports filed via Kimberley-nia Bot on the SWMT's IRC channel #cvn-sw (bot's irc nick is Dellieplagiat). They are submitted on this subpage. Please watch this page separately if you are a steward, a global sysop, or a local administrator.

It is possible to manually edit this list if you follow the bot's formatting. If you feel a request is inappropriate, please remove the lines containing that request entirely. (Leaving comments, modifying the header line, and striking out reports will confuse the bot.)

Example for the correct formatting:

Properly-filed requests that point to pages that have already been deleted or do not exist will be automatically removed by the bot. Note: It is unnecessary to remove requests for wikis where local admins "can handle it by themselves". If that is really so, the pages will surely be deleted within a small period of time and then be automatically removed from the list by the bot.

Manual requests

Please see a list of pages nominated for speedy deletion via {{Delete}} and/or the local equivalent. You can also filter by wikis whose admins are less than X or have not delete since Y.

Several old copyvios

Status: Done

Please delete the file copyvios marked as such multiple months (and sometimes years) ago at ta.wikibooks.org, sg.wikipedia.org, cy.wikibooks.org, ig.wikipedia.org, fi.wikiversity.org, so.wikipedia.org, vep.wikipedia.org, kaa.wikipedia.org, kbd.wikipedia.org, lo.wikipedia.org, cdo.wikipedia.org, pt.wikiversity.org, wo.wikipedia.org, mdf.wikipedia.org as listed in https://tools.wmflabs.org/erwin85/delete.php?sysops=10&timestamp=20150702&namespace=6 (archived version).

They were tagged for deletion mostly by NahidSultan, Seb az86556 and MGA73, who can be trusted in such matters. --Nemo 10:51, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Alan: Sólo quedan las imágenes de v:pt, donde hay un administrador activo que sin embargo no ha borrado nada en los últimos 6 meses. @Syum90: No las borré ya que existe un admin activo, aunque no esté haciendo labores propias de un sysop. Quizás lo apropiado sería avisarle a él y que decida qué hacer como admin local. @Alan: Estoy de acuerdo, debe ocuparse el admin local; por otro lado no creo que sea necesario avisarle ya que es imposible que no se haya dado cuenta de que hay páginas marcadas para borrado. Por lo demás la limpieza está terminada así que marco la solicitud como hecha. Bad bot edits on gomwiki

Status: In progress

A steward might be required to help out fixing (e.g., possibly mass-reverting) a bunch of poorly executed bot edits ~~(or bot-assisted user edits?)~~ just made on the Goan Konkani Wikipedia. gom:User:RahmanuddinBot has apparently decided to link every instance of "Jezu" in existing articles to the local article on Jesus, regardless of where and how many times that string appears in each page. FYI, this guy doesn't actually seem "happy to correct" the errors his bot created; more like happy to fix a few minor things and not acknowlede the ton of problems that are left to fix. See the discussion linked to by MF-W if interested. The community is in the process of voting for admins (on the same page), so maybe soon a local admin can take care of the problem. - dcljr (talk) 05:21, 24 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Move Flow page

I have a problem. I started using Flow at 11 September, 2015 by request at mw. But when I want to cancel it now, there's something wrong that I can't move the previous page. Is there anybody could move User_talk:Cosine02 to User_talk:Cosine02/2015Q4, then move User_talk:Cosine02/存档 1 to User_talk:Cosine02? Thank you. --Stang 11:50, 5 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I get the same error that, presumably you do "The "Create Flow boards in any location" permission is required to move a Flow board." We'll need to add it to the permission set so Stewards can do it, but the permission needs to be assigned to a local zhwiki group(s) too if the intention is for all editors to be able to move these pages. I don't know anything about Flow so this may not be the right way to go about things. Maybe if @Legoktm: is around to comment? QuiteUnusual (talk) 13:44, 5 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Closure of Requests_for_comment/Password_policy_for_users_with_certain_advanced_permissions

Hi. Apologies if this is the wrong place or if I'm asking the wrong people. I would like someone (relatively) uninvolved to close Requests_for_comment/Password_policy_for_users_with_certain_advanced_permissions (It was scheduled to end today). I originally asked as Meta:Requests_for_help_from_a_sysop_or_bureaucrat#Closure_of_Requests_for_comment.2FPassword_policy_for_users_with_certain_advanced_permissions, but it was suggested that I should ask a steward, because the RFC is global in scope.
