ATOM launches internal Women’s Club with the purpose of significant contribution to a positive work culture, career development, and the overall success of the company by empowering and advancing women in the workplace. Women’s Club is dedicated to fostering a community where women can connect, share experiences, and grow both personally and professionally. Through a variety of programs, events, and networking opportunities, we aim to promote career development and leadership skills, encourage mentorship, collaboration and exchange of ideas, create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. Recently, ATOM organized an office tour and knowledge sharing session for students from STI Myanmar. This initiative is part of “Beyond Better Future” program with the purpose of empowering and engaging with youths. At ATOM, we are committed to help local talent grow and empowering the future leaders of Myanmar.  We invited over 50 students from STI Myanmar University to our head office at Sule Square for an office tour and knowledge sharing sessions. After the DCEO, U Win Swe’s opening speech, Ko Aung Zaw Wai and Ko Si Thu Myo Myint shared about the technology operations and 5G technology respectively. Lastly, Ko Kyaw Min Thein, lead the knowledge sharing session on how to choose the career effectively that captured the student’s attention. We hope students had a chance to explore ATOM office and learn our working culture to inspire them. On July 04, ATOM organized an inspiration talk with the CEO at our head office in Yangon. We all had a chance to learn from his childhood life to his inspiring career journey through this session. ATOM is pleased to announce a contribution of MMK 200 million (200,000,000 Kyats) to the Myanmar National League (MNL) in support of women's football development and ATOM organised the donation ceremony at the ATOM Head Office in Yangon on 3 July 2023, which was attended by representatives from ATOM and MNL. This Marks the second consecutive year ATOM has made a substantial donation towards this cause, reinforcing the company’s commitment to empower the Myanmar community by promoting gender equality and uplifting women through sports. Our CEO, Mr. Ahmad attended to the ceremony and delivered a speech on how ATOM is grateful to provide this funding through ‘ATOM With The Heart’ program and ATOM believes this contribution will create significant opportunities for them to participate in the sport and reach their full potential. Since June 2022, ATOM has initiated and actively participated in various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities under the banner of "ATOM WITH THE HEART." On June 25, ATOM family visited Myit Tar Charity Center for Leprosy at Ma Yan Chaung Village, Hlegu Township and donated helpful items such as stationery, wheelchairs, clutches, legs cane, solar batteries, shirts and umbrellas to the patients and organization. This donation was to honor Father’s Day and ATOM employees joined as volunteers. This initiative aligns with our commitment to CSR pillar and a part of ‘ATOM with the Heart’ program.
