Hurricane Beryl: Texas coast battered by rain and strong wind
Storm Beryl strengthened and again became a hurricane while heading toward southern Texas. Beryl was downgraded from a hurricane later during the day, but weather officials have warned heavy rain, floods, and strong winds could continue.
