Nikki Dobrin has over two decades of international experience working in digital media, publishing and entertainment, with a focus on writing, editing and producing entertainment, pop culture, lifestyle and political content.
She joined PEOPLE in 2023 and currently serves as a Writer and Editor.
Before joining PEOPLE, Nikki previously worked at The Walt Disney Company, USA Today, The Hill and Australia’s New Weekly magazine.

Nikki Dobrin has more than 20 years of experience working in media and entertainment. She joined the PEOPLE team in 2023 and currently serves as a Writer/Editor.

Before joining PEOPLE, she worked for a number of brands in Australia, the UK and the USA. She previously worked as the Standards & Practices Manager for Disney+ and Hulu, where she covered unscripted, alternative and documentary series and features, including working on location at the Academy Awards and the American Music Awards, and for such series and features as The Kardashians and The Beatles: Get Back.

She also served as an editor for USA Today custom content, and for eight years led the copy desk at Australia’s New Weekly magazine, where she covered celebrity, pop culture news and lifestyle content.

Nikki joined PEOPLE in 2023 and currently serves as a Editor/Writer. She previously worked at Disney, USA Today and The Hill.
