Description

The default time for the number of days to show in a watchlist is 3 days (e.g., https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-watchlist).

Many less-experienced contributors edit only once or twice a week, so this default means that they miss changes that happen right after their most recent edits. Changing this to 7 days would make it easy for more people to see what's happened since their last editing session.
