[labs/tools/intuition@master] use date() instead of strftime() strftime() has been DEPRECATED as of PHP 8.1.0. Relying on this function is highly discouraged.

Hi @Krinkle, I wrote a simple patch to solve this problem (use data() instead of strftime()), but how do I send the patch to the repo, there is no .gitreview file for git review?
