I love having access to a vast library of music. Playback functionality is terrible. Keeps forgetting where I'm at in my playlists, sometimes it drops the last part of a track or cuts out completely, just now I lost all volume - again. Fix your app, Amazon. It's not like you don't have the resources. Now the app will somehow lose tracks off of my playlists at random. Terrible. I'm switching.

I'd like to like it but it just doesn't work right most of the time. It will suddenly stop playing music. It will suddenly stop playing music and cuts album out or playlist and lose all progress and have to restart. The volume will cut out like it's buffering when it shouldn't be. It loses albums recently played. It will go down to like seven albums. It will add items to the my likes playlist back that were removed. I use it. When it works right it is fine,but that is not much.

The new app update deleted all my downloaded songs for offline play. And of course, I didn't realize until I was trying to find my songs to play on an 8 hour flight. Not to mention, the changes to the app are annoying to navigate. When I'm playing a playlist and I stop and come back later, it doesn't pick up from where I left off. I have to start the playlist all over. I usually don't review things, but this new app update has me sooooo annoyed, 8 hours with no music on a flight ugh.
