KVH Manager Help
This section of the Help explains how to use the KVH Manager secure web portal and its powerful suite of data management and reporting tools. If you manage a fleet of vessels, you can view and configure each vessel in your fleet. Specifically, the KVH Manager provides the following services:
- View vessel connection status, location, and data usage
- Block or restrict certain categories of data usage
- Set up data usage and overage alerts
- View vessel track and speed data
It also provides the same functions that are available at the TracPhoneTracNet system's local web interface. (The TracPhoneTracNet system is referred to as the "terminal" in KVH Manager.) Changes made using the KVH Manager will be applied to the antenna system onboard the vessel within a few minutes, assuming it is online.
