A “Smart Virus”: Evidence of The Elites Plan to Cull the Human Population

March 16, 2020 – For some time now I have been tracking some strange anomalies in the COVID-19 story that is currently unfolding. I believe there is far more to the story than we are being told by world governments. There has been widespread panic, as the media hypes fears and obfuscates the truth. Here are some of the strange connections I have been able to piece together thus far.

Event 201

For openers, the similarities in the logos for Agenda 21 and Event 201 are pretty astounding and obvious. According to the website, Event 201 was a simulation of a real world pandemic of coincidentally a “novel CoronaVirus” outbreak:

Event 201 was a 3.5-hour pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic.

15 global business, government, and public health leaders were players in the simulation exercise that highlighted unresolved real-world policy and economic issues that could be solved with sufficient political will, financial investment, and attention now and in the future.

The exercise consisted of pre-recorded news broadcasts, live ‘staff’ briefings, and moderated discussions on specific topics. These issues were carefully designed in a compelling narrative that educated the participants and the audience.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Economic Forum, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation jointly propose these recommendations. – Event 201

I’m constantly amazed at the information that people email to me, but this one is a whopper doozie spotted by V.S. I’ve already blogged about the arrest of Dr. Charles Lieber of Harvard, and about this strange tie to the Wuhan University of Technology. But there’s more lurking in the background of that Harvard connection than meets the eye, and I just have to share this one… 

‘Epstein gave exorbitant amounts of money, at least $9 million (pledged $30 million) to researchers funded by DoD, DARPA, IARPA, and NIH at Harvard University with the expertise and technology to genetically engineer and improve bacteria and viruses. One of Harvard’s most prominent scientists who received $18 million from DoD and NIH was arrested and charged for operating a secret lab in Wuhan China just hours ago – This researcher was given over $1.5 million dollars to do so, in secret, by Chinese institutions. Meanwhile, the area where the new coronavirus emerged (Wuhan) recently opened a biosafety level 4 lab (the only one in China, a country with 1.4 billion people) where researchers were actually studying and experimenting with the genetics of coronaviruses over the past few years before the emergence of this new strain. Whether these things are linked or not remains to be see, but each of these independent statements are in fact true.

In a way this post contains two distinct conspiracy theories, that I suspect may be linked together, hence my post.

A few years ago, I attended a private government research conference where Dr. George Church, Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School and Professor of Health Sciences and Technology at Harvard and MIT, was describing how his lab systematically altered the genome of a bacterial cell using synthetic biology and genetic engineering to make cells resistant to viruses. There was some brief discussion of how these techniques could be used for the opposite purpose (to engineer viruses to improve them or make them less recognizable by the host, thus delaying the immune response). Immediately following Dr. Church’s presentation, other researchers and myself had a discussion about how frightening these technological capabilities were. Over the years, this concern has always remained in the back of my mind and I’ve discussed it with others that didn’t attend the talk on various occasions. It is worth noting that a lot of George Church’s recent research also involves the study and engineering of viruses. Most recently in his career, Dr. Church has been funded by DARPA and IARPA, with the most recently funded grant titled, ‘Functional Genomic and Computational Assessment of Threats’ (by IARPA)…(continue reading post here)’ 

Dr. Lieber worked at the same university as Drs Church and Nowak, both known associates of Jeffrey Epstein and recipients of his largesse. Given the nature of their work, it strains credibility to assume that Lieber was unaware of their work or they of his. They are, after all, all faculty members working in more or less the same broad discipline. As they article makes clear, all were working in aspects of modifying biology and doing genetic engineering, all areas of obvious biowarfare implications. All of this raises some intriguing high octane speculations and questions:

1) Why would professors, who are recipients of government funds for research, also take private funding in the millions from Epstein? Did they need it? And was Epstein in fact laundering money for other interests in sponsoring this research? And does that mean that their are private interests trying to obtain a biowarfare capability? Their taking of Epstein money on an individual basis was quite probably entirely innocent. But it’s the overall pattern of a Harvard connection that I find highly odd.

2) Do these questions in their turn indicate that all of China is being turned into a biowarfare, economic warfare, and social engineering experiment? – Joseph P. Farrell 

This is very interesting, especially in consideration with some other pieces of the puzzle I think may also be connected. Epstein had been funding these Harvard scientist and was obsessed with Trans-humanism. The Lifeboat Foundation has scrubbed his page, but I have saved a screenshot that shows Jeffrey Epstein has been funding research into viruses. The questions raised:  Was his entire island in the Caribbean, like his  Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, a massive bunker in the event of a pandemic? Safe places elites could hunker down in, and then seed a new human race with the sperm banks and seed banks that have prepared?

Death of Dr. Frank Plummer

Back on February 4, 2020, I reported on the death of Canadian scientist Dr. Frank Plummer on my daily show ‘Digging Deeper.’ Not surprisingly, Doctor Plummer is connected to Bill Gates and was being funded by him before his untimely passing. According to an article entitled ‘Death of Dr. Frank Plummer and the Bio-Weapon CoronaVirus‘:

I refer you back to a recent piece I wrote concerning Corona being linked to other US manufactured Bio-Weapons such as SARS, MERS, Ebola, HIV-AIDS, Lyme. And that’s apart from the development of LSD, Crack Cocaine etc. And apart from the S40 contaminated Sabine Vaccine after the Salk Vaccine etc.

The initial development of all these weapons occurred in US labs as Fort Detrick. From there they went to government labs in Harvard University, Johns Hopkins, Big Pharma Usual Suspects, and various labs in Canada. The Rockefellers originally funded Canada, together with hidden government funds from Canada, the US, and the UK. France and the Netherlands were also connected.

On 18 October 2019, ‘Event 201’ was staged in New York City (literally the exact day of the World Military Games in Wuhan). An international conference funded by the Gates Foundation and involving Johns Hopkins Centre for Health Security [sic], and The World Economic Forum. It was determined that a world pandemic would initially kill some 65 million. Johns Hopkins had been experimenting on pigs and extrapolating that data.

Frank Plummer was funded additionally by one recorded transfer of CAD 8.3 million from the Gates Foundation. They would know what is happening in those facilities.

Corona was in vaccinations with HIV, packaged as a vaccine, sent from US facilities. Plummer was contacted and sent a sample of Corona from [a patient in] Saudi Arabia isolated on 4 May 2013.

The Wuhan Corona Samples were initially taken to a facility in Rotterdam in 2019 — where they were identified.

Saudi Arabia is meant to have used this weapon in the Middle East and African states in which they have been conducting genocides in the form of religious cleansing. The Winnipeg Facility experiments included those concerning Ebola and Uracine.

Geoff Soule also disappeared from the NML (National Biological Laboratory) at Winnipeg.

Frank Plummer was taken out in Nairobi on 4 February 2020. He had been working as head of the Winnipeg Microbiology research laboratory since its inception in 1999, until he was removed in 2014.

One of his researches was Deep Cover Chinese Intel operative Xiangguo Qiu. She was removed in July 2019. And subsequently disappeared. In March 2019 she sent courier carried samples of Ebola, Henipah, and Corona to a government laboratory in Wuhan — where it was further weaponized and ‘accidentally’ released.

DARPA is involved with Corona.

Dr. Francis Boyle (hidden on the net) was a researcher. He fled and has disappeared. He was a US government microbiologist and exposed the ‘development of lethal, genetically engineered bio-weaponry, as part of an ongoing agenda, initiated and pushed through US military intelligence, with Big Pharma, and military intelligence inmany countries.

FVEY [Five Eyes] Australia is involved.  Boyle advised that many vaccines — contrary to claims — have been developed and laced with Corona virus. As with that for HIV. Plummer had experimented with SARS-Corona and HIV-Corona.

All samples are held by ATCC (American Type Culture Collection) where the stolen UN WHO Smallpox stocks (about which I have written) were taken. – Gumshoe News

From what I read at the time of Dr. Plummer’s death, the cause of death was not immediately stated. It was later reported to have been “heart failure.”

This thread above describes one theory on how the virus was smuggled to China. Great Game India also published an op-ed entitled ‘Frank Plummer – Canadian Scientist Key to CoronaVirus Investigation Assassinated‘ in early February that went largely unnoticed. It claims:

In a very strange turn of events, renowned scientist Frank Plummer who received Saudi SARS Coronavirus sample and was working on Coronavirus (HIV) vaccine in the Winnipeg based Canadian lab from where the virus was smuggled by Chinese Biowarfare agents and weaponized as revealed in GreatGameIndia investigation, has died in mysterious conditions. Frank Plummer was the key to the Chinese Biological Espionage case at Winnipeg’s National Microbiology Laboratory.

What is not mentioned in the CBC report however is that Plummer worked in the same National Microbiology Laboratory (NML) in Winnipeg, Canada from where Chinese Biowarfare agent Xiangguo Qiu and her colleagues smuggled SARS Coronavirus to China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology where it is believed to have been weaponized and leaked. 

Infact, as GreatGameIndia reported in our exclusive report on Coronavirus Bioweapon, as Scientific Director Frank Plummer was the one who acquired the SARS Coronavirus sample of the Saudi patient at the NML Winnipeg Lab from Ron Fouchier, a leading virologist at the Erasmus Medical Center (EMC) in Rotterdam, the Netherlands who was sent the virus by Egyptian virologist Dr. Ali Mohamed Zaki who isolated and identified a previously unknown type of Coronavirus from the Saudi patient’s lungs.

Fouchier sequenced the virus from a sample sent by Zaki using a broad-spectrum ‘pan-coronavirus’ real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method to test for distinguishing features of a number of known coronaviruses known to infect humans.

This Coronavirus sample arrived at Canada’s NML Winnipeg facility on May 4, 2013 from the Dutch lab received by Frank Plummer. The Canadian lab grew up stocks of the virus and used it to assess diagnostic tests being used in Canada. Winnipeg scientists worked to see which animal species can be infected with the new virus.

Research was done in conjunction with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s national lab, the National Centre for Foreign Animal Diseases which is housed in the same complex as the National Microbiology Laboratory.

This Winnipeg based Canadian lab was targeted by Chinese agents in what could be termed as Biological Espionage. The viruses was reportedly stolen from the Canadian lab by Chinese Biowarfare agent Xiangguo Qiu and her colleagues and smuggled to none other than the Wuhan Institute of Virology where the virus is believed to be weaponized and leaked.

Further, Frank Plummer was also working on HIV vaccine and interesting recently published study be Indian scientists found HIV-like injections in Wuhan Coronavirus – the key that made the jump to people possible. The Indian Scientists came under massive online criticism by Social Media experts and were  forced to withdraw their study, in retaliation of which now the Indian authorities have opened an investigation against China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology. Although it should be noted that now China has started using HIV vaccine to cure Coronavirus. – GreatGameIndia

As of the time of this publishing, Canadian authorities have yet to open an investigation into the death of Dr. Frank Plummer, although I believe there is ample reason to suspect foul play could have been involved.

Death of a CDC Whistleblower?

I have recently heard about a man named Timothy Cunningham, an alleged CDC whistle-blower who passed away in 2018. According to a very detailed article by Tore Says entitled ‘Where is Timothy Cunningham’s Whistleblower Report on CoronaVirus?,‘ Timothy was working on a report about the COVID-19 when he died two years ago:

Who is Timothy Cunningham? He worked for the CDC, but he was a special CDC officer. He was an Epidemic Intelligence Service officer. What’s that? Epidemic Intelligence Service Officers deal with diseases and biowarfare. He was on the team for H1N1, Ebola, and the Zika virus.

According to exclusive sources, he was startled with findings over the years in respects to how flu vaccines amplify the side effects of viral infections rather than inoculate patients effectively.

In December of 2017, Cunningham was assigned to what was at the time a new project unofficially known as ‘Shogun’. According to our exclusive sources, testing and manipulation of the SARS strand was being used against a new drug that could eliminate a virus to infect your cells. It’s important to understand HOW viruses function to understand WHAT Timothy Cunningham’s whistleblower report had…Viral infections, in other words, are your cells being hijacked to spew out more viruses…

It turns out that the Chinese did what they always do. They stole (were given) proprietary information from the CDC and labs at Harvard to kickstart their new research, funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation. This new research is two-prong.

  • Designing the SARS virus to target specific cells that control fertility in males. Almost like chemical castration.
  • Designing the SARS virus to infect and insert ‘protein code’ with retroviral applications that respond to SQUARE WAVES.

In 2015, the Chinese successfully came upon research that found a novel method to control viral infections. The research focused on inducing apoptosis of cells (which self destruct) when initiation of viral material production is detected. The lab in Wuhan, China, is where the Chinese investigate and create subtle BioWarfare agents. For every bioweapon you make, an ‘antidote’ must be created. In this case they took the antidote (so did the CDC) and reverse engineered different weapons.

Cunningham discovered that certain individuals in the U.S. were working on information they received from the Chinese – in respects to weaponizing SARS – with high specificity in virulence targeting specific genetic code and enzyme packets for transcription. In essence, the new virus would mimic that of HIV. A ‘smart’ virus that could replicate all ligands of target cells in order to not be detected by innate immune cells, and therefore just ‘lie in waiting.’

In January 2018, the EID (Epidemic Intel Division) of the CDC had decided to test this in specific COHORTS …

… An omitted fact preceding Cunningham’s disappearance is his recent meeting with certain people from Japan to which he was provided concerning data that confirmed that the Chinese and certain entities that met in McLean Virginia discussed.

Prior to his disappearance and ‘suicide’ he visited ALL his close confidants, terrified as he was bold enough to leave a paper trail by filing a whistleblower report. He filed it on a Monday, and within 48 hours he knew that his identity was not protected. He attempted to reach the President of the United States. General Kelly was not very happy about that from what our sources say, and in his panic seemed erratic. Tim didn’t sound right. He was telling people to delete his number from their phones and was on the run because people were going to kill him. The FBI counterintelligence division, the same one Peter Strzok worked for, knows that – there are emails.

Two weeks after his disappearance he was found dead in a river. They claimed it was a result from suicide. A sailor died of drowning? Even as an NCO you go through the swim test and swim class.

His knowledge? Japan created an all encompassed cure, and pharmaceutical companies were seeking ways around it. – Tore Says

The implications for this are massive and it involves potentially billions of dollars in lost money for big pharmaceutical companies if indeed a cure was found and costly treatments would not be needed.

Finally, there is a profit motive as well. There are so many ways that governments and big pharma can exploit this crisis to force through their own agendas.

With millions, possibly billions of dollars involved in medical testing and surveillance to vaccines, it appears that many companies could lose lucrative revenue streams if vaccines were developed and offered without cost.

In August of 2018 (just before Event 201 and World Military Games), Google’s parent company Alphabet apparently invested $375 million into a company owned by Josh and Jared Kushner called Oscar.

It appears that just two days ago, on March 13, 2020 Oscar launched its first testing center locator for COVID-19.

I find it pretty disturbing that the Kushners are working so closely with the big tech oligarchs.

Consolidating Power

The elites have taken advantage of the virus to crackdown on the population. We can see this in the UK, for example:

The ability to detain people who ‘may’ be infected, and medical surveillance are just two of the ways governments are exploiting this virus event to gain more control over the population. Then there is the response by the U.S. intelligence community. An article by journalist Whitney Webb entitled ‘US Intel Agencies Played Unsettling Role in Classified CoronaVirus Response Plan‘ lends credence to the notion we could be dealing with a bioweapon:

As the COVID-19 coronavirus crisis comes to dominate headlines, little media attention has been given to the federal government’s decision to classify top-level meetings on domestic coronavirus response and lean heavily ‘behind the scenes’ on U.S. intelligence and the Pentagon in planning for an allegedly imminent explosion of cases.

The classification of coronavirus planning meetings was first covered by Reuters, which noted that the decision to classify was ‘an unusual step that has restricted information and hampered the U.S. government’s response to the contagion.’ Reuters further noted that the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Alex Azar, and his chief of staff had ‘resisted’ the classification order, which was made in mid-January by the National Security Council (NSC), led by Robert O’Brien — a longtime friend and colleague of his predecessor John Bolton.

Following this order, HHS officials with the appropriate security clearances held meetings on coronavirus response at the department’s Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF), which are facilities ‘usually reserved for intelligence and military operations’ and — in HHS’ case — for responses to ‘biowarfare or chemical attacks.’ Several officials who spoke to Reuters noted that the classification decision prevented key experts from participating in meetings and slowed down the ability of HHS and the agencies it oversees, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to respond to the crisis by limiting participation and information sharing.

Though only CBP’s pandemic response plan has now been made public, those of other agencies are likely to be similar, particularly on their emphasis on surveillance, given past precedent following the September 11 attacks and other times of national panic. Notably, several recent media reports have likened coronavirus to 9/11 and broached the possibility of a ‘9/11-like’ response to coronavirus, suggestions that should concern critics of the post-9/11 ‘Patriot Act’ and other controversial laws, executive orders and policies that followed.

While the plans of the federal government remain classified, recent reports have revealed that the military and intelligence communities — now working with the NSC to develop the government’s coronavirus response — have anticipated a massive explosion in cases for weeks. U.S. military intelligence came to the conclusion over a month ago that coronavirus cases would reach ‘pandemic proportions’ domestically by the end of March. That military intelligence agency, known as the National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI), coordinates closely with the National Security Agency (NSA) to conduct ‘medical SIGINT [signals intelligence].’

The coming government response, the agencies largely responsible for crafting it and its classified nature deserve public scrutiny now, particularly given the federal government’s tendency to not let ‘a serious crisis to go to waste,’ as former President Obama’s then-chief of staff Rahm Emanuel infamously said during the 2008 financial crisis. Indeed, during a time of panic — over a pandemic and over a simultaneous major economic downturn — concern over government overreach is warranted, particularly now given the involvement of intelligence agencies and the classification of planning for an explosion of domestic cases that the government believes is only weeks away. – Whitney Webb, Min Press News

I believe this may be the most serious indication that we are dealing with a bioweapon that was deliberately released. This is one explanation for the U.S. Intelligence Community being so involved and the classification of discussions on the virus.

Conclusion

So many people are panicking because of the way the mainstream media have been covering and hyping all reports related to the virus. There is so much disinformation out there at this time, it can be difficult to make sense of things or know where to begin. These are only a few strange connections I have found and gathered together. This virus could absolutely be a bioweapon. However it could also be something natural but just as deadly.

We need to be prepared in the event the U.S. is placed on lock down for a few weeks. During this time, things may get very difficult. The elites love to exploit emergencies, then apply their “problem-reaction-solution” scenarios. Some people will be begging for a government-mandated vaccine, and forced medical surveillance. The point is that over time the public becomes accustomed to draconian measures, so that continuing them will go unnoticed once this “virus” disappears as quickly as it arrived. We will continue to follow all the different parts of this story that appear to all be coming together. Remember that you are not alone during this time, we are all in this together and God has a plan also.
