AM Explorer by Interspectral supports both automated and manual workflows. In our latest video, you'll see our AI-powered defect detection module in action. The module analyses (in this case) after-recoating powder bed images and present the result as statistics (2D plots), in 3D, as an overlay on top of the images and in an indication list. Last year, Interspectral and EOS joined forces to reduce inspection costs for metal 3D-printed parts in the aerospace and defense industries. Our integration of multiple EOS process data sources, including optical tomography (OT) and powder bed camera data, with AM Explorer by Interspectral's AI analytics and correlation capabilities, enables comprehensive inspection to quickly detect anomalies and reduce quality costs.   All data is fused into a 3D digital twin, visualized in AM Explorer. Had a couple of fantastic, sometimes hectic, but insightful days at #RAPIDTCT24! Now it's time to do some of that in-depth analysis of the 'digital twin' in AM Explorer in order to further fine-tune our presence at future events. Special thanks to Márcio Adamy for 3D-scanning us and our booth!

Thank you to everyone who made RAPID + TCT 2024 a success! At the event, we introduced multiple new features and partnerships. Melt pool monitoring data has posed challenges for the entire AM industry due to the sheer data volumes generated. AddUp and Interspectral recently developed a powerful data visualization solution based on AM Explorer by Interspectral that allow AddUp customers to analyze monitoring data in a new and more efficient way. With AM Explorer by Interspectral, AddUp customers can fuse data from the AddUp monitoring suite, and create a digital twin that can be used for extensive applications within both product-process development and serial production. A unique feature for AddUp customers is the in-situ access to the meltpool data. Through this developed deep integration, end users can explore Terabyte large datasets in 3D already during the build. AM Explorer by Interspectral is machine and data agnostic. This video features sensor data from a Freemelt AB® ONE machine. The machine collects backscattered electrons from the build area and generates images similar to SEM. These images can be visualized and explored in AM Explorer by Interspectral to detect irregularities, such as porosity or swelling, in each melted powder layer.
