We have developed a special-purpose camera (PATENT-PROTECTED) for digital twin to operate in REAL-TIME (LIVE 3D™), creating 4D (SPACE + TIME) VIEW Synthesis at 4K/8K resolution, enabling an interactive real-time virtual tour. This is accomplished by merging various video feeds from Polytron.AI cameras using an advanced neural representation technique to integrate point cloud, geometry, videos representation combined with a hybrid appearance model. Conventional virtual tour represent a 3D "Doll House" Matterport textured mesh and animated image sequence + transition as you navigate in space, and the process of this 3D reconstruction process is laborious, heavy and time-consuming. We transformed this by using affordable consumer grade camera and reconstruction of our LIVE 3D Scene take only a fraction of the time needed. "LIVE 3D™" represents a pioneering feature in virtual tours, accessible directly through your web browser, that brings a new dimension of realism to digital exploration. As you navigate and move within our meticulously crafted 3D Scene, you're not just encountering static images or pre-rendered scenes. Instead, LIVE 3D introduces real-time video, seamlessly integrated into the 3D space around you. This means that as you explore, the environment is alive, showing everything around you as it happens – the bustling of people, the sway of trees in the wind, or the dynamic play of light and shadows throughout the day. Our customers have consistently requested a thin-client version of our extensive 3D city visualization and indoor and outdoor 3D Tour. While the browser is an ideal platform for delivering to mass market consumer, current browser technology struggles with displaying such vast 3D assets efficiently. Existing solutions like "Pixel Streaming" and "CESIUM" often result in "less than ideal" performance for many users. As such, we have created a adaptive, multi-resolution hash encoding/decoding technique for streaming mega-huge 3D maps making for a simple architecture that is trivial to parallelize on modern GPUs. We leverage this parallelism by implementing the whole system using fully-fused CUDA kernels with a focus on minimizing wasted bandwidth and compute operations.
