VP, Strategy and Business Management will play the role of a trusted partner to the Singapore CEO Office and act as a bridge between senior management and other parts of the Bank, ensuring alignment of organisational objectives and execution of strategic initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute work plans in alignment to regional and global direction and priorities
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the progress towards organisational goals
Project Management: Oversee key projects from conception to completion by collaborating with stakeholders within and outside the Bank and ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.
Executive Support:
Plan and curate agenda for Bank Townhalls and other management meetings, in collaboration with other stakeholders. This includes crafting presentation decks and compiling relevant materials
Work closely with the CEO Secretary to prioritise schedules and meetings, where required
Requirements
Degree-qualified in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field with a minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in the Financial Services industry
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact and communicate with diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external)
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and face-paced environment to manage a diverse range of assignments with a solution-driven mindset
