Vice President of Global Supply Chain

Title: Global VP of Supply Chain (Global MNC in B2B Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

Our client is a market leader in their industry. They have been experiencing good growth and continue to invest in the region. This position will lead the Global Supply Chain function and a key member of the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

This role will have responsibilities for global demand and supply planning, logistics and distribution, and operations excellence. You will lead a sizeable team spread across in different locations globally.

You are responsible for supply chain process improvements as well as implementation of new IT systems. You will implement group strategies relating to supply chain and drive initiatives on transformation.

This role will also drive integration initiatives for newly acquired entities and also lead initiatives relating to supply chain transformation.

This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the supply chain strategy and support the company's growth and operational goals.

Requirements:

Degree qualified, you are an experienced supply chain leader with good experience in a global role. Experience in leading supply chain function in a top tier MNC will be critical for this role.

You have a demonstrated track record operating at an executive level and setting strategy for a team. The ability to thrive in a highly matrix and fast paced environment is crucial to the success of this role.

You have experience in leading transformation initiatives and works well in a global, cross-functional organization. You are IT savvy and have hands-on experience in implementing an advanced ERP system.
