Participation of athletes from Moldova in the Olympic Games

Moldova first took part at the Olympic Games as an independent nation in 1994. It has sent athletes to every Games since then. Moldovan athletes were a part of the Soviet Union at the Olympics from 1952 to 1988. Moldova was part of the Unified Team in 1992.

Moldovan athletes have won a total of seven medals at the Summer Olympic Games. They have won medals in five different sports. The nation has not won any medals at the Winter Olympic Games.

The National Olympic Committee for Moldova was created in 1991. It was accepted by the International Olympic Committee in 1993.
