At 8 weeks post op. Strengthening part of the rehab began at Physio. Very hard and very painful. Trying to do a normal walking movement is difficult. Experiencing a lot of pain in the ball of the foot and tenderness around the scar when wearing a shoe. Also experiencing swelling each time a shoe is worn and am having to wear a compression sock.
