This is one of our favorite drills to warm up to. This may be a common drill, but we love doing for the first 15 to 20 minutes after our dynamic stretch and throwing. Follow the Ball We start with a player at 1B, 2B, 3B and Catcher with a line of kids at shortstop. We hit a ball to the shortstop who throws it to 1B. After she throws the ball she sprints to 1B.
